May be. I just took a look at the given webpage. There seems to be a flaw on the cover. A pawn on e5 and one on e7. Well okay, perhaps Everyman just shuffles the pawns on their books. Nf6 first? Of course the opening is rarely met at high level. Last instance I am aware of (between an IM and a GM) was not very pleasant for white: Rocha, Sergio (2392) .. I rarely go to better players for advice because I like to ask questions, as in this case what is the point of 1.e4 e5 2.Bb5? Stampnl was the first who gave this defense a name. That was on january 11, 2013. By the way, the defense can also be reached via the move-order 1.f4 e5 2. e4 Qe7. After the moves 1.e4 e5 2.f4 Black decides to defend his e5-pawn with 2 De7 and to attack indirectly White's e4-pawn. However, there are  Good Opening as White after 1. e5/e4 with Minimal Theory

Again, I'm willing to learn some lines; I just don't want to go 30 + moves deep on multiple variations of one opening. Regarding 1. c4, I agree with AnthonyCG that a 1e5 response is great for black.
